• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
• Manage the recruitment and selection process;
• Nurture a positive working environment;
• Develop, implement and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations for all the employees;
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
• Assess training needs to apply, develop and monitor training programs;
• Implement HR Matrix and competency models;


• Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Employment & Labor laws; 


• Prepare or maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions etc.;


• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations;
