• Providing his team with a stimulating and supportive environment.


• Driving team performance.


• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service.


• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guide lines.


• Visiting the stores daily of the carried brands as per the schedule sent and approved by Group Brand Manager on Weekly bases.


• Implementing store’s inspection process and fill the inspection sheet to report the visits.


• Receiving, Revising, & Approving Monthly Shift Schedules for all stores based on the company internal policy using the HRM System.


• Follow up with all stores on the maintenance requests and also with the maintenance department.


• Responsible for revising all staff notifications on HRM system, and approve the requests.


• Following up on implementing the missing bar code process.


• Stock Movement Monitoring according to every store needs and sales volumes.


• Assisting the HR Dept. in filling the stores ‘team by headhunting from the market and proposing CVS for good calibers.


• Harsh follow up on staff uniform and staff inside the stores, window display, & shopping bags stocks and needs.


• Checking with stores, that the pre physical count process is done correctly.


• Daily brief about all stores to be delivered to Group Brand Manager


• Weekly meeting with Store Managers to deliver and explain assigned tasks as agreed and planed with Group Brand Manager.


• Monthly Meeting with every store team.


• Represent group Brand Manager in weekly meetings in case of his absences during visits or Business trips and report any problems to him


• Monthly Presentation to be presented to the Group Brand Manager to show the brand status and performance.


• Market survey and competition analysis every month.


• Responsible for any store opening/ closing communicating with all the departments.


• Send store monthly targets to stores and APT.


• Sends weekly man report for all stores.


• Assists in staff promotions & shuffling.
