-Understand the market, consumer, and competition, as well as the direction and
objectives of their Brand.
- Assist the Brand Manager in developing the annual marketing plan.
- Follow up delivery of the marketing plans and issue monthly updates.
- Execute projects on Brand and ensure that they are progressing.
- Monitor Brand performance against objectives.
- Come up with initiatives to build the business and achieve Brand objectives.
- Continue to be knowledgeable, and keep on top of all activities related to their
Brand(s) and to their competition (even if not their direct responsibility).
- Contribute to Brand objective setting.
- Track, analyze, and report monthly key competitive activity (Advertising, promotions, new launches, packaging changes, marketing activities and prices).
- Fully understand the market dynamics of the categories we compete in.
- Coordinate and follow up on market research projects.
- Analyze research findings and report top line observations.
- Assist in developing consumer and trade promotions.
- Secure necessary approvals on all trade and consumer promotions.
- Maintain the department filing system
- Assist the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager on packaging material development.
