  • Support the implementation of the annual HR plan


  • Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.


  • Respond to employee requests and questions


  • Ensure that company employees are aware of HR policies and procedures; provide advice and guidance when required.


  • Implement new employee orientation program, in coordination with recruitment specialist,


  • Assist with implementing guidelines for employee promotions/career paths and grading scale


  • Assist with implementation of talent management and succession planning strategies


  • Coordinate implementation of the performance management system


  • Conduct exit interviews


  • Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends


  • Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
