Equipment Manager - Future Careers Middle East Freezone LLC


On behalf of a leading fine dining retail, and hospitality division, we are seeking an Equipment Manager for their Riyadh operations

 

 

Responsible for sourcing and acquiring all types of the needed equipment for all the restaurant’s brands, controlling, coordinating, and managing the performance and cost of kitchen equipment, contracts, operating and maintenance programs in coordination with Operations and the GM and in accordance with the company standards.

 

 

  • Responsible for identifying the equipment suppliers for all restaurants’ brands.
  • Responsible for acquiring/purchasing the equipment with an optimal budget.
  • Develop a strong business relationship with the suppliers in order to maintain sustainable equipment supply.


  • Responsible for managing the proper installation of all types of equipment to have the expected equipment efficiencies.
  • Manage the commissioning of needed equipment’s to have proper functioning and efficiencies
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment and full coordination with maintenance companies/suppliers / and in-house maintenance activities.


  • Responsible for the required training for all types of equipment in coordination with the equipment supplier and the operations department.
  • Conduct periodic equipment supplier benchmarking to stay aware of the updated equipment costs, new versions and maintenance procedures,


  • Responsible for recruiting the Equipment Department Employees by interviewing, selecting the suitable talents.
  • Responsible for training, developing, and retaining the department employees’
  • Responsible for the employee performance by working with them and supporting them to have high and consistent performance.
  • Perform any additional task(s) assigned by the leadership.
